Contact Assistance for Unity

Good morning,

I hope that I have picked the right forum for this.

I work for the University of Florida and have been trying to reach out to Unity through their contact submission form for the last couple of months. I have received no response. I wanted to try to reach out to someone through here to see if any contact information could be PM’d to me so that I can get some large licensing hurdles cleared.

If I am in the wrong place please let me know and I will relocate to the proper forum.

Tried this submission form out and got no where.

Any other places a Top 10 Public University might find some support?

Did you open a customer service support ticket at the link that I provided? What is the ticket number?

Hi Jeff,

I did submit a help request at that link. I received no receipt, so I can only imagine that no ticket was generated.
