Contacting Unity to increase CCU's on UNet?

Hi, so the title pretty much gives the jist of it.

We are still using UNet as it fits our project and timeline, but we are looking to increase the CCU’s. Now apparently we have to contact unity to do this. Problem being, I have tried twice now to get in contact with Unity to no avail.

Can anyone point me towards how I should be contacting them or how I can change it myself. Thanks a bunch!

In the past I had to ask for an increase. But now it seems you can do it yourself from the dashboard.

Go to Develop → Multiplayer → Unet Live Mode and set CCU’s to your hearts desire.
