Continuous Shader error, can't get a single build

Hello.

  • Description of issue: I have a serious problem with UCB. I been trying to get an iOS build in like the whole last week and these days and it keeps failing over and over again. The UCB worked before but now we get the “Internal error communicating with the shader compiler process” every time, this is affecting us since every build takes around an hour and we haven’t been able to have a build to test in quite a while. I’ve read that this is quite a common issue and also a know one, but is starting to be a real problem to don’t be able to test and debug our app using the UCB.

Hello,

This is a known issue, but thank you for providing us with more information. Please keep an eye on these forums for updates.

But this has been a issue since July? Surely by this time you should have at least some information to prevent it or a workaround? Right now, it is only happening consistently in one of our projects, so something must be different. Does no one have light to shine on this issue?

Is there any information we can give that can help you track the problem faster?
