Hey everyone,
so the main Unity website is already getting translated to german and lot’s of other languages, so i wondered if there is any way to contribute to this, like contributing to engine over git. I’m specifically interested in translating the manual/ doc for working with Unity and it’s features.
Sry if there is already another thread and this, but could’nt find it with a quick search.
There is really little point of even trying translating docs these say, unless you printing a book.
First of all, Google does fairly good job, with 0 effort, for pretty any language, with a single click.
Then you will not be able to keep up translating doc, while doc keeps evolving. You would need to be on full time job, for this process to be viable.
And programming in general requires fairly good understanding of English. Most of resources online are in English.
So this will be rather a fighting a wind.
