Convert none Unity PBR textures to Unity

Is there any article about this?

I simply copied the Roughness map into the alpha of the Metalic map but I do not know if its correct, I think the result looks a bit funny

Unity uses smoothness rather than roughness. Invert the roughness.

You mean reverting it before pasting into the alpha? I did that but didnt like the result. What I did now was to revert the green channel of the normal after reading on the net. It seems to make it alot better
