Converting formats

Hello all. I recently upgraded my graphic design program to photoshop and I know it can open most formats but it can’t open .XCFs. I made several buttons in layers and I don’t want to loose the layers or have to copy paste each one separately (10 buttons + 7 layers each = a lot of time that could be spent making more GUI). Is there a way to convert the .XCFs in to .PSDs?

.XCF is Gimp’s format right? Then maybe open you your image in Gimp, then select the save as option then change the .XCF to .PSD.

I can’t save .PSDs in GIMP, I’ve tried. If I could then I wouldn’t need photoshop lol

Wait…now I can save it as a psd in GIMP?..I’m so confused! Thank you Rush, you must have magicked GIMP to make it work!
