Converting rig to humanoid - joint not found

Hi guys,

I just rigged 8 models to the same rig. (or copies of it) Gloves, helmet, jacket, pants, shoes, different shirts. Most of them convert correctly but on two of them I had to set some joints manually.

No biggie for 8 pieces, but I have to automate this process.
I am working with C4D. Any ideas what could cause this error?

Something off with the export when exporting those two models, or maybe you are using a export selected option and accidentally missed selecting a couple bones during the export?
Sorry for the guessing - I don’t use c4d.
