Hi,
I’am new to the unity community!
I just found this middleware incredible for my first post, I just want to share with the community my experience of an amazing physic based game called “i-fluid”
See it on http://www.i-fluid.com
Trailer on Youtube : http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=pW-yrTn6PRo
That’s pretty cool. I like the depth of field effects.
Too bad it’s only for Windows
Hmmm… dunno what to say?
Downloaded the demo, played for 2 minutes without finding out where to go. Found out where to go. Game crashed. Uninstalled.
Not too impressed. I found the drop handling a little awkward and they could have worked more on that drop. Now it just looks like a piece of solid glass with no bounciness at all.
Oh well… my 2 cents
…cool concept though
I agree. That is the ultimate gamer’s avatar.
Nice avatar yes, but what about this game ?
Do you like it or ?
I remember this from a few years back when it was a student project called “La Goutte” (“The Drop”) and used the Virtools engine.
It is a cool idea and had nice level design back then; looks like they made this longer version of it using the Trinigy engine (http://www.trinigy.net/). According to the developer this was after deciding the draconian licensing scheme with Virtools wasn’t feasible. Will some people ever learn?
Apparently so! The developer is now considering using Unity3D for all the great things Unity3D has over the competition…
The graphics are stunning! And i like the concept of the game as well.
The design is so easy but offers so much room for cool levels and “enemies”…
I especially like the idea of collecting smaller drops of water as health packs. I havent seen, that the player drop grows in size, when collecting the health drops, but if it does, it will make the game even cooler…
Very solid game design.
