[Cool idea?] mIRC - Lets chat!

I`ve came in a pretty comfortable idea about a faster chat with people, The “idea” is already in the community page at the unity3d website.
But…Unfortunately, the room is emepty.
So simply, Download mIRC (Google it).
Register.
Login, and join the room #unity3d

There’re plenty of tutorials about how-to use the mIRC, if you’ve any question on how to use it, pm me or reply to this topic.

The IRC channel is never empty when I go there.

Hmm…Then try to get in now, and surprise, it’s emepty.
Let’s make it an active channel at any time.

The #unity3d channel is pretty active on the freenode server. What server are you connecting to?

You’re connecting to the wrong server. I haven’t logged off IRC in weeks. It hovers around 80 - 100 users at all hours. As said previously, we use freenode.

Can you explain to me how to get to where you guys are getting? I joined #unity3d in the mIRC.

You need to connect to the freenode server, I use hydrairc from http://www.hydrairc.com

So, I just click on connect and then select irc.freenode.net from the list.

I clicked on the irc.freenode.com from the list as u said, But it just opens me the Channels list. Which is emepty.

close that and then type /join #unity3d
