Coordinate axis visualization is not updated

I am just creating a camera from GUI and rotating it. While field of view (FOV) visualization of camera updates with rotation, coordinate axis visualization(red,green and blue arrows)are not adapting into new orientation. The only way to correct this is to click on the cross arrow icon right after the orientation is applied, if you dont do so, axis visualization and FOV visualization is decoupled forever. I attached 2 screen shots of the problem.

Try clicking the Local/Global button:

If it’s set to Global, the arrows (in theory), shouldn’t change their direction, even though they sometimes do. Cycling through the Local/Global button twice seems to make the arrows face correctly. I believe it’s a bug that I’ve submitted to Unity, here’s a video of what I’m talking about:
