The dialog that shows when clicking the ‘copy’ icon on a build target is broken - the platform dropdown is empty on Chrome (on Edge it shows a list containing ‘undefined’ and ‘TypeError’).
I can still create the copy, and it seems to default to the platform of the source Build Target.
Easily replicated, I’ll look at getting a fix for this out later today.
