Anybody can help me? Last year I developed new match-3 game based on my old asset. This one.
About 2-3 week ago my new game was approved in the asset store. But today It was disabled because there is some copyright violations. Admins said nothing about the reason, they just closed the asset without any explainations.
Whose rights I have violated? How I violated these rights? Why they are doing that. It’s just a lack of respect. I give them 30% of my revenue for that?

In any case, could you check the video and screenshot of the game and to tell me what kind of copyrights it can violate?

Did you use any open source graphics/audio for this pack?
As far as I know when someone claims copyright infringement, the accuser filing the claim has to be identified to the accused, so the accused has ability to correct the infringement, prove the claim is false, and/or file a counter DMCA claim document.

Nope, I know that it can be the reason of suspension. Because of this I made all images, all source code and all sounds self. I don’t know. Maybe I made something, which looks like the same thing from another game… The icon, for example, or the name.
Yes, I as know this is how it should works. But in my case the admins just closed it without any semblance of an investigation.
I’m sure they performed the proper investigation prior to disabling the package.
You should write the asset store - try to get in contact with someone who can provide the proper information to you, who is claiming infringement on the package, and what part of the package is being flagged.
You shouldn’t have to ask for this information, it should be provided to you when the package is disabled, but apparently in this case you have to go get it / request it.

I have contacted with UAS support, but they says me nothing useful.
But then I contacted with the legal team, and they have provided me all necessary information. Author of DMCA notification was PlayDots inc. Guys who made Two Dots game. As I understood the problem in solid color circles in my game. Its looks like the dots from their game. I knew about PlayDots and their games, but I even couldn’t imagine that it can be the reason for blocking. I am going to change the chips, and I hope the admins will approve it again.
