I’m making a game and in the intro I wanted to put works best with wondows 8 or something like that. Is that copuright infringement? Is there a way to get around it? Thanks
If you’re allowed to use logos etc. then the owner generally has a usage policy you can look up. As long as you stick to what that gives you permission to do then you should be fine.
If you can’t find one then you’ll have to ask for permission specifically for your usage directly from the owner.
microsoft like many other companies has some webpage with rules for using their logo and official logo images you must use.

but if it is not that one u want to use then do search web name of name logo like “microsoft logo” and check out microsoft website and you should find the page, check out rules and get yourself a file containing their official logos
just keep in mind its their intellectual property / trademark / copyright so dont just go using them without knowing the rules and following the rules and dont end up in trouble…
they dont like all sort of stuff like dont compress / distrot their logo,but they have lots of other rules…
and the same for logo to all their products / services/ etc
