Correcting imported model

When i importing model with diffultly hierarchy(human model), size rotation joints varies. How set their value to (0, 0, 0, 0) without actual rotation (all joints will have value rotaion (0,0,0) without broken model)?

Are you applying your transformations in your modelling package? For example, in Blender you would Apply scale, translate and rotate modifications which would essentially set the current ones to 0,0,0. Then export.
