Could I use assets I've bought along with other team member which bought same assets separtely?

So i want to develop a game in team with other person. We both purchased some assets from the Humble Byndle and we both have that assets inside different organisations. So could we both use this assets if we develop a game together but aren’t both assigned to same organisations?
I’m not yet very familiar with asset store and policies yet, I’ve never used any payed assets before.
Thank you in advance

If you check in the Unity ID Asset Management section at Unity ID (click on your organization name, then on Asset Management), you’ll see what license the asset has.

Then check this doc for what each license means in simple terms:

With that said, If you aren’t making money on your game yet, I don’t think Unity or anyone else is gonna come after you. But I am not a lawyer, and I DO purchase assets for each member in my dev team when I use them in a project I expect to be monetizing in any way.

The other guy has purchased same assets, but within his own organisation, that’s the case.

If you are publishing a game for profit and he’s joining your organization, and the asset is a “per seat”, you probably have to have both purchases tied to your organization. But again, this is all semantics. Realistically, if you are an indie, no-one is coming after you – and if they do – you just show them your friend’s account and license

I dont see why not, there is two seats and two licenses, you should be ok in my mind
