Also got the same issue as @ROARstudiooo and I have no idea to fix it.
Do clean installation : delete all unity related files before installing again. It just worked for me

I was also facing the same issue when I created my project and tried to run it. The software would create the project but not run it. Every time a dialog box would appear saying. āCould not be opened. Please check the logs.ā
I also tried to resolve the issue by using the above mentioned approaches, but they did not work, like uninstalling the software, freeing up space on my disk and then re-installing the software again. They did not work for me.
The actual issue was in Preferences>Licenses. I had not added the license for personal use of the software. Once I did that the issue was resolved.

I have got same problems and trying to solve 5 days.The problem is memory try free up the c drive to 30gb and you wont get message again.
I managed to fix the bug on Unity version 2021.3.14f1
What I did:
- Win7 compatibility
- Run from the administrator
- There was an error that there was no license, so it turned out, I activated the personal one in the license tab and everything worked

tried same steps etc etc still got the same problem. tried even cmd command prompt to creat a manual activaction file etcā¦ then i kept getting the 0xc000007b error codeā¦ tried a different unity editor same thingā¦ cant start up a project after i have created a project. done all the runtime exeās it seems many people have the same problems trying to use the free version of unity, something doesnt add up hereā¦ Unity help us out!
Hi bro, I had the same problem, do you know what the problem was? I unintentionally moved the game directory and then Unity could no longer find it in the place where it was located. Make sure you havenāt accidentally moved the folder, in that case, just take it to where it was before.
guys dont do anything just delete the folder . it will work.!!

I got the same Problem I literally return the license and added it again but itās not working I even reinstalled the whole Unity and also no matter how many times i create a new project it never creates the files of project Iām frustreted man

Can you tell me how you fixed the error? Kindly let me know step wise steps. In third picture, I am not able to open it in explorer too. I have created 2 different accounts , one with personal license and other with student license and both are facing the same issues.
