so i just downloaded unity 2020.1.3f1 and saw an error on the bottom of the screen

I am getting the same error notification. Just installed 2020.1.3f1 today and created an empty 3d project.

Hi, this issue is caused by your graphics driver. It’s related to a framework called OpenCL.
