Couple of lightmapping problems.

I am having a couple of beast light mapping problems with my scene…

1.)…I am actually having an odd problem… i was reading through documentation and i found…

" A very common light leakage situation is occurs with a wall as a single plane with no thickness."

So how would i fix this , because in my scene i have a closed off closet that should be engulfed in darkness, but its getting light from a room next to it even though its closed off from it.

2.) If you look at the 2nd image I have circled the corner of the room… it has weird light distortions… these even exist in the corner of the closet in the first image. What are these and how do i fix them?

nevermind i think i fixed the first problem… 2 out of 4 of those lights werent casting shadows… must of missed that… but about problem 2 anyone have any ideas?

I fixed it … probably some quality settings like needing a low contrast threshold.
