Couple of serious issues with a Windows build

Despite some crucial problems noticed on some playtester PCs, I have recently released a game for Windows, MacOS and Linux using Unity Engine 2022.2.16f1

Couple playtesters noticed a problem with a logo in the beginning of the game. It simply doesn’t play! See, I have a logo scene with just a VideoPlayer with, obviously, a clip of the logo intro
Since the logo fails to play, it doesn’t let players to continue playing in the menu.

Other problem is a random unexpected crash that can happen anytime. At this point, I don’t know what’s the cause of both problems, but luckly I have .dmp and .log files from one of the playtesters
