CPU Or GPU bound

I checked internal profile for my game and got this result:

Is this CPU bound or GPU bound. Please help.

How should I go in order to increase FPS?

I have the same question regarding knowing if it’s CPU or GPU bound so no answer from here but would you mind telling me how do you obtain these results ?
