I have some tanks to put in a scene, only in unity iPhone it load normally, but when export iPhone in the game is slows and sometimes crash, all this happens if i use more than 4 tank in a scene … I tried C4D OBJ DXF DFX formats … Am I wrong or that is a problem that you have? there is a way to circumvent the problem? :?: :?:
sounds like you just push worlds to many polygons through
remember, that with static geometry, 7000-10000 polygons is the max to have a chance to get 30FPS
if you use that on a single tank it will likely slow down drastically or even crash if you have a world with another few ten tousand polygons.
ok …
but game as ferrari gt , Brother in arm ect ? how can they do that graphic ?
With highly specialized engines which do exactly that and not more at all. If that is what you intend you will have to use XCode and write an engine that does exactly what you want.
They have teams of several mobile experts, I highly doubt that you as signle person even stand the slightest bit of a chance up against such AA+ teams if you want to 1:1 compete against them.
It should also be pointed out that they work a lot with art illusions. BIA is nowhere near high polygon or alike, it actually looks pretty ugly if you analyze it a bit.
See the flashbang iphone videos here on the showcase board to see what is possible and you will perhaps understand what I mean
Thanks for the explanation.
unity iphone is beautiful that we have this problem that stems from iPhone , I think! .
