Crashed Maya Model mesh

Help please. i downloaded a model rig from creativecrash.com , and when i import it to Unity, the model is damaged. I took 2 images.:

On the FBX model import dialog, tick the checkbox that says CALC normals. I have this problem quite a lot, in that normals are never imported as they should.
Looks like possibily you have some flipped faces also, or maybe your texture has transparency on it?
