They did, then sold the Fallout rights to Bethseda for mega-bucks and made a small return, been really messy since then though. Mostly just been doing small little games for consoles and pubbing small dev games. Supposedly working on sequels to its major titles like Dark Alliance, MDK, Descent, Earthworm Jim… Pretty unstable though.
from what i understand they were under obligation to meet production milestones in 2011 or face forfeiture of the rights to Bethseda. I haven’t seen anything about it so I’d assume thats taken effect. Might be wrong though since i haven’t checked on it…
