Create 3D model human face from 2D phooto using unity3D

hello…

i want to create a game like Multiplayer game in which i want to generate 3D face of player from 2D Photo so with this player can feel that he is playing with his own face. EA sports provide this facility in FIFA i want such facility in UNITY3D Platform. So please Provide me if any one have Knowledge aboiut this how to do this in UNITY.
