Create a shareable zip file for WebGL

Is it possible to share a link for the WebGL content as a Zip file? Right now we can only share the page for the playable WebGL and the link generated when click “Download .ZIP file” is temporary.

I confirm that after a while the link expires and I get this XML:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

My question still remains. Is there any way for generating a permanent share link?
