Create custom tracks and save them for use later

Hi guys,

I am creating a bike game and now i want to add some extra feature for customer to create custom tracks. Player can move given objects and can create tracks. So i made prefabs and allow user to move them here and there. i am stuck in saving the created track. I don’t have any idea about a proper way to it? how do i save the custom track into the given scene for later use? Thanks in advanced
