How can I create destructible environment of below level in unity?
There’s an addon in the asset store called ‘Piecemaker’.
Poke around the showcase. There is plenty of tools and resources that allow for mesh deformation / destruction / splitting etc. I’ll try to get a list together. But yes, it is most definitely possible
This has been covered before, search around and see if anything helps. I know I have posted some things on destructible object theory in some of the posts, such as switching out objects and using the mesh.combinemesh() function.

Unity Search
Unfortunantly, there is no tool to break down meshes for you. Nvidia’s Apex Physics has that, but sadly Unity hasn’t integrated that(yet?). I hope they add that to the feature set in Unity.
