Create fluid terrain help please

So I know the many ways of creating terrain, I wanted to find out what was the easiest way to create a piece of terrain especially if the terrain is infinite? I tried it on the bootcamp but the prefabs were all over the place, is there a way to do this?

OMG, thats an interesting question! Should the terrain be fluid as well? I always wanted that man!
