Is it possible ? Like a .dll, or a .swc. (I think it’s .tar.gz?)

I got too many classes and the compiler takes 6-7 seconds before finished compiling (after any changes, not when I click play). So I’d like to separate my stuff and makes pre-compiled libraries.

I’m using Unity3, and inside MonoDevelop, I’ve tried to create Package =\> Archive of Binaries =\> tar.gz and Mono always give me this error :

_Package creation failed. Could not find a part of the path ‘C:\Workspace\Unity\HomerunUnity\Temp\bin\Debug\Irrelvant.dll’._

Any ideas ?

Thanks !

I’m not sure it is possible to get the JS compiler to make a DLL that you can add to your project. You can use the command line Mono compilers to build a DLL and then drag that into a Unity project. However, Unity JS isn’t currently available as a standalone compiler, although you could do it with C#.
