Create Light2D Freeform Type will change UnityEngine.Random?

above 2021.3.28f1c1

When I create a gameObject with Light2D Freeform Type, my UnityEngine.Random next value changed
my game rely on same random seed a lot, the problem doesn’t exist in 2021.3.19f1c1 or lower version.

It takes me days to find the Light2D Freeform Type effect UnityEngine.Random…

someone know how it works or how can I do to avoid it?

the num 2 and 5 not same,if remove step 4, then 2 and 5 results are same value…
