my question is really simple but I don’t find any documentation about it. So I try a little question here.
How can I create a new scene window in Editor ? Then how can I get the scene camera editor to place the scene’s camera where I can or just authorize user to move in as a normal Editor scene view ?
If I understood this correctly, all you’ll need to do is go to the top bar, and click the Windows button. A list will roll out, and the third listing should be ‘Layouts’. The next section is a list of different layouts, that should give you more than one scene window depending on what you pick. From there, you should be-able to move it all around and customize it.

No it's not really this I want to really create by script editor a new scene view not something from the layout tab :/
