The standalone code review in the app kinda sucks and I tell my engineers to just not bother with it. One issue we find is that when you create a code review in the app, you cannot set a name before its created, unlike in the web portal where there’s an intermediate step where you can cancel it.
As a result, all the notifications are triggered that a code review has been created, and the name can only be edited afterwards.
At some point, setting the name was removed to simplify the process of creating the code review. You can edit the name but I know this is not what you are looking for.

If you can provide some more detailed feedback, we would appreciate it. We have been working in some new features for the bundled code review and we will keep improving it.
I mean at the most basic level, it needs to be at parity with the web portal. I’m not going to list out every difference I find.
