Creating a file on a PC on a Network

Hi my friend, is there any way I can access one shared folder on pc with my app in Android?

I want to generate some text files from the Android App but, I want to send these files to one shared folder on PC. Is that possible, can someone help me on this?

Another question, is possible to make a multiplayer game to work between pc version and Android version?
