Creating a ParticleEmitter in Script

gameObject.AddComponent(ParticleEmitter);

Results in: “Can’t produce abstract class”
What am I doing wrong?

This currently isn’t possible.

Try:

gameObject.AddComponent("EllipsoidParticleEmitter");
gameObject.AddComponent("MeshParticleEmitter");
gameObject.AddComponent("ParticleRenderer");
gameObject.AddComponent("ParticleAnimator");
