Creating a Radarsystem with Canvas

Hey i am really new in Unity, i would like to create a Radarsystem with Canvas, like having a canvas and using RAWImages that where Update there position, because i want that the radarsystem stays where it is and don’t move with the camera. i was thinking about creating for each gameObject that is tagged with a specific tag a RawImage, but i dont get it how i could create new RawImages in run time , because the RawImage Constructor is protected .
