Creating a rope physics

Greetings, community users :slight_smile:

I’m trying to simulate a rope on Unity 5.6.1f1 using configurable joints and character joints, but I’m having some problem right now.

As you can see here, it’s working quite well.

However, if you give too much force to it, then it just falls off like this.

I have my X,Y,Z motion locked right now, but they don’t seem like they’re doing anything.

Is there any way to create a solid, fixed joint that never fails in extreme conditions?

Also, please can you let me know how you managed this, i am trying to do smething like this(though with 2d joints) but anytime i move the object, the joints scatter
