Cross Platform Native Plugins - Android Notification

I’m using for your plugin but:

DidReceiveLocalNotificationEvent will call when your app is running. And when app is not running (background), DidReceiveLocalNotificationEvent is not call.

How can I receive notification when app is not running (in background).
