Hi! I have updated my unity to latest version, as posted in this topic Updating Unity
I got a problem! Any hotkeys with key Ctrl+ any key dont work at all. I mean it dont work ONLY in Unity. For example I want to duplicate Ctrl+D - it’s not work. Want to Build and Run - Crl+B - dont work… How to fix this problem, because it’s make me angry a lot? 
Hello again. After 3 hours of trying I found the problem in which hotkeys wasn’t working.
Problem that if I load Unity with turned on cyrillic language - hotkeys like Ctrl+D, Ctrl+C and others not works, it’s like Unity didn’t knows hotkeys in cyrillic. If I load Unity with turned Eng language(I think it will work with different latin alphabet) - hotkeys work great.
It happened when I update my Unity 5 to newest one. I also updated Android SDK. After it I got this problem. I worked in Unity 5 for 2 years and never had this problem. So, is it a bug of new version? Or maybe is it my fault in updating or something other? Maybe I should turn on/off some option in Unity?
Tried fully reisntall Unity. Didn’t helped.
Yes, I have the same problem when I update my Unity.
Hotkeys do not work when cyrillic language is specified in the system when you run the program. 
Yes, I figured it out long ago. But, the problem is that at that time it gave me a lot of problems - reinstallation of Unity and other programs related to it. It takes whole day of my time

I have same issue, sometimes hotkeys that start with ctrl just stop working, and then suddenly start working again, and it happens during a single session, without restarting Unity. It is not caused by selected language - switching language does not fix anything (I also have English set set as primary input language). So far I have not been able to connect it to anything, it just seemingly happens at random.
I have a similar problem where the manipulate in scene view hotkeys stop working once I entered playmode once in the editor. Whenever I stop playmode it still doesn’t work until restarting Unity
