Is there any way the key command to Build a project is changed from CTRL + B?
Maybe Shift + CTRL + B?

The Build shortcut is not configurable.
Also Strl + Shift + B is already set for Build settings.
If you like to have other shortcuts in addition you can create them via editor scripting.
I don’t know why we need shortcuts for these anyways. People begged Unity to eliminate/change this shortcut due to accidentally hitting CTRL+B instead of CTRL+V. IT’s not like a 3d modeling program where we need to be pressing hotkeys once a second.

It’s basically the most common (and shortest to execute) command sitting right next to the most esoteric (and one of the longest to execute) command. It really makes no sense at all.
