Ctrl+z and other combinations don't work in editor for 2018.2

This includes any combination involving Ctrl.
Am i the only one with this issue?

Ctrl + anything still not working

Windows 7, x64

Make the default input language to English so that when unity3d starts, there is an En layout.
Windows10 ā†’ Options ā†’ Input ā†’ Additional keyboard options ā†’ Allows you to select an input method for each window

@Andrey_Graphics Thank you, i will try this. Although iā€™m on Windows 7 and already did tried switching language after unity starts. Does this solution work for you?

If after running Unity3d to change the language, then ctrl will not work, Ctrl has earned when I changed the language before running, now I have windows automatically turn on the English language when running Unity3d
