Are you able to Push/Pull the values from the Editor? Which error are you receiving? You mention both a curl error and “cannot fetch”, please provide steps to reproduce.
@JeffDUnity3D I invoke FetchConfigs() and callback OnFetchCompleted() says
ConfigRequestStatus.Failed in Editor and on devices.
When I open https://config.uca.cloud.unity3d.com in browser
We’re experiencing the exact same issue, even for live versions that worked well just yesterday.
After the initial FetchConfigs(), we’re getting :
I’m seeing the same thing, we are checking
Same issue here on all our devices, unity forgot to renew their ssl certificate as it expires today.
Same error for for us on Unity 2018.4. Someone tried it offsite, also same result. We tried restarting computer, restarting router, still get the error 51 message. The only way unity doesn’t crash or show error is if the computer is not connected to the internet, but it’s not viable if working remotely through a internet connection. Maybe if you somehow disable all internet connectivity for Unity except your remote portal.
As mentioned, I have reproduced and we are checking. Additional reports are not necessary, thanks. I will update this thread when the issue is resolved.
Same issue here. All of our apps are down from new users not getting Remote config. Old users are able to use the app just fine.
https://discussions.unity.com/t/833074/9 I will reply on this thread when the issue is resolved. Additional reports are not necessary. We have reproduced and working on the issue at high priority already.
This has been resolved, apologies on the inconvenience. It was an expired SSL certificate. It may take a few minutes for the change to propagate.
