Cursor not hiding in build until i click mouse or move player but works fine in editor

As above, anyone shed some light on why my cursor locks & hide fine in the unity editor but not when i build the game.
I have to either click the mouse or move the player to get the cursor to hide in the built version.

Ok it turns out this is only an issue with UWP builds i removed the xbox live stuff & built the project on a normal windows build and it works fine so would i report this as a unity bug ?
