Custom Environment Reflections issue

Hi

I think i found a bug with the new version of unity, 2017.1.0f3

When using custom Environment reflections the reflections don’t get properly blurred on materials that are really rough, or completely rough. The issue does not exist when using a reflection capture sphere, but then i cant have a separate map for reflection as i have for lighting.

If anybody know a about a workaround it would be nice if you could provide it.

Here is a head with a 50% gray material with 0 smoothness. but as you can see the reflections are really bright and sharp as if the smoothness was 0.8 or something

Any update on this? I still see this problem in 2018.1.1.

Lagacy Cube map has bug I think.
If you make new cubemap texture from new texture, and then smoothness is 0 then little reflective.
