The description of your problem is not really clear, I presume that your object is not visible at a specific rotation.
I think this is happening because your model has only one set of normals and it is visible when the normals are facing the camera. To check this you can use a double sided shader, like these, or you can edit your model to duplicate the face and add more normals.
