Not supported (afaik). You need to somehow customize them to work with URP (I have no exact knowledge how) or use Shader Graph to re-create the same type of effects.
Then to upgrade existing projects become difficult with URP because mostly we have used 3rd party plugins within the project and those have custom shader used to make overall look better.
Also in future projects, we will also face the same problem because most asset store contains plugins which were build using built-in render pipeline so in one day those not get updated with URP.
We desperately need some documentation.

i am very sad working with unity right now, I have never experienced anything like that in 7 years of development.
for every task i do in unity i get this popup, “Hold On” or “Busy” for 3 minutes or more, even with an empty project it happens.
it’s just sad
