Custom pass effects from Asset Store does not work in build, work in editor

Hello everyone - I have this problem that already 2 assets from asset store are not working in build (Windows 64 platform).

No errors reported during build nor in player log.

I added custom pass shaders to the “Always Include” list in the graphics options - still no effect.

Latest stable, official version of unity and HDRP.

How to fix this? Anyone else encountered this problem?

this might be the solution:

“Forward” pass, but this pass is stripped for opaque objects in deferred rendering in a build
