Custom shader not working with URP

I made a custom shader for my game to have more Realistic reflections. My project is using URP (Universal Render Pipeline) and when selecting a material with my shader, everything turns pink.

Some shaders are no longer a thing in URP/HDRP.

Your best bet is to use Shader Graph instead.
