I received a coupon code from the Asset Store Team, for an additional 20% off on-sale items during the Cyber Week Mega Sale. However, when I enter the coupon code, it says that it is invalid. Anyone else running into the same problem? Any solution?

Can someone please tell me what time the sale is expected to end? The announcement points to Cyber Week ending on “Friday” but hoping to find out if the sale ends on Friday in early am or Friday in the evening.

For those having trouble with the coupon. Make sure you are not trying to enter it into the “Redeem Voucher” field on the Cart page and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and then there will be a field in the bottom right “Enter Coupon/Credit Code to update your price” for you to enter your coupon.

Also, the discount will only apply to those items on sale.

I have entered the code correctly, as described above, every time. Every time, I get the “The code is not valid” message and the price does not get discounted.

Usually they send a discount code at the end of the sales (like black friday sale) however - I have not yet got a 20% code this time either… Anybody that would like to share the code? i think it is a generic code like the last one.

In my case the coupon of 20% was in a order that must be above 200€ … … I think I cannot go that High now. If it is the case, I can share with you later.

Are you using the same email to purchase that was used to receive the coupon? If not, please PM me your email (that received teh coupon) and the login email.

The coupon code are not generic, and are very limited in how many customers received them. Generally they’re targeted based on past shopping behavior, and affect < 100 users.
