Error detail is this :

You are using Direct3D Debug Runtime, this is not supported by
Unity. Switch to Retail runtime in DirectX Control Panel.
plese some one help out ,i have installed unity 4.3.2

You need to do as it says and switch to the retail runtime in your DirectX control panel.
