Just tried downloading Unity 5 to try the Ludum Dare trial code out on it!

Didn’t work :(!

On a side note is Unity 5 stable enough to build a WebGL enabled game during a 48 hour game jam and is anyone using Unity 5 for Ludum Dare this weekend, I would be interested to know how it goes?

I think so, there have been plenty of people having difficulty with exporting existing projects that had been upgraded to webGL, but I think it’s probably ok for a game jam where all the work was done during the jam.

And if not… well that’s how game jams go…

So would it be worth it for Unity to let people use the Beta for game jams with a trial licence then? :roll_eyes:

Not gonna happen.

Just have to wait until they release it for Free then!
